Your daily cleansing gel for blemish-prone skin with stubborn spots. Neutrogena’s Clear & Defend+ Facial Wash helps prevent spots and blemishes thanks to salicylic acid (BHA) and gluconolactone (PHA). The fragrance-free formula reliably clears and refines your complexion.
Application and notes:
- Products containing acids such as AHA, BHA and PHA should initially only be used every other day. Once your skin has become accustomed to the acids, you can increase the frequency of use. If you experience no skin problems, you can use the wash gel up to twice a day.
- If your skin becomes dry or flaky, you should use the product less frequently.
