This Instant Spray by Schaebens contains melatonin, eucalyptus oil, pine oil, thyme oil and high-quality hop extract.

Melatonin can help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. It can also help alleviate the subjective symptoms of jet lag.

  • 1 pump contains 0.5 mg of melatonin.
  • 2 pumps contain 1 mg of melatonin.

Recommended use:
Spray 1 - 2 times a day directly into the mouth before going to bed.
