The oil-based care formula of GARNIER Olia Permanent Hair Colour 9.3 Golden Light Blonde not only gives your hair a light golden tone but also visibly more shine and suppleness. It does not contain any ammonia, so the typical, pungent ammonia smell isn't present, instead, your nose is spoiled by a delicate, flowery scent.
