The 31 Herbs Oil is a refreshing and vitalising blend of essential oils. It is suitable for massages before and after sporting activities, as well as for muscle massages. It is also ideal for refreshing foot baths. By adding a few drops to hot water, the oil can be used for pleasant steam baths.
Application:
- Massages: Apply a few drops and massage the oil in until fully absorbed.
- Foot & steam baths: Dilute 10-15 drops in hot water.
